Thanks for posting! I found this game awhile ago and then forgot the name so couldn't go back to it. It's truly wonderful!

They should do a review of it on audiogames.net. True, it's not an audio game but they have a few other text adventures there and this is certainly a different type of game, one that's not often accessible to us.

This game's definitely a neat one, but I find that in two playthroughs it got rather samey. I got about 70% of the same scenarios in trial #2 as I had in trial #1. The way things are explained and written out are neat though.

oh, yes, its really an awesome game! it should have a review on audio games sight.

well, there are many different results within the game, depends on the choice we make!

Post 15 by Eleni21 (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 02-Oct-2010 9:04:07

Agreed. Not only in our choices but in the gender that we choose. While some are stereotypical, they do offer an interesting window into problems that men and women face and if you're playing in the opposite gender to your's in real life, you can learn alot or at least find new ways of looking at things.

IPhone users, Alter ego is accessible on the iPhone and iPod touch as well. You can buy the app for $4.99 from the app store. But yeah, it really is a cool game. I've been enjoying it.

Why would you have to buy a special program for it when it's a simple webpage?

Post 18 by illumination (Darkness is history.) on Saturday, 02-Oct-2010 21:18:31

Because it's an app. And besides that, $5 isn't really all that much, unless of course you use a lot of your money on the app store.

I hate that I can't ever find a game that you don't have to see a little bit to play.

Post 27 by SunshineAndRain (I'm happily married, a mom of two and a fulltime college student.) on Monday, 01-Nov-2010 18:18:47

I'm going to give it a try.

Post 28 by SunshineAndRain (I'm happily married, a mom of two and a fulltime college student.) on Wednesday, 03-Nov-2010 22:43:47

So I gave it a try and played it almost 3 time and though I love it, I am already bored with it. Besides, its website crashes a LOT and I keep having to backtrack to the previous page or close the browser out completely and reopen it before it works right. I find that it works better with Firefox. I will go ahead and try it with the oposite gender to see if I have more fun. My husband likes it too. He got the baby to make the dad eat sand at the beach and he flushed mom's hairbrush down the toilaet and flooded the bathroom. Lol I tried to make mine get pregnant in teenage stage. but it didn't work. Anybody else tried anything especially daring?
